Alison has developed a love of soccer and futsal from her formative years of life in Ontario and as an University of Alberta Panda Varsity Soccer player. As an avid high performance player soccer and futsal Alison discovered a joy of coaching which recently has led her to complete her Canada C License while also benefiting from BC Soccer's coach mentoring program. Alison appreciates the beautiful game, it's learning, and sharing her knowledge with others.
Dom has a life-time of experience as a player, coach, and coach educator. Currently Dom is a Teacher and Athletic Director at Spectrum Community School. Since 2010, Dom has also worked with BC Soccer as a Coach Evaluator in the community and performance licensing streams while recently working with FIFA at their Canada Coach Developer Workshop. Dom has his Canada Children's License and National B Certification, NCI Diploma in High Performance Coaching, and a Masters in Coaching Studies focusing on developing visual exploratory behaviour in youth soccer players.
Wayne has always been passionate about helping players grow and explore their education on the field. In 2018, Wayne relocated to Victoria from New Zealand. He currently works as an Educational Assistant with SD61. He has immersed himself in the local soccer community, starting his coaching journey in Victoria in 2019 where he's had the privilege of learning from and working alongside some of the best coaches across various clubs in the city. He is currently enrolled & pursuing the CONCACAF B Diploma, having completed his Canada C Diploma in 2022.
